Random Questions #3

It's been a while. Here we go:

What do you want to do for the rest of the year? Climb a wall, hike in San Francisco, walk the Golden Gate Bridge, and attend a Giants game (that is the best since there's 7 home games remaining in the season.)

What next book do you want to read? Lord of the Files by William Golding, Inkspell by Corneila Funke, Olive Kitteridge by Elizabeth Strout, and a Malcom Gladwell book. There are many more!

Is your second major going to be accounting? We see what happens in Fall'09.

What anime cons were you sick? Fanime Con '98. Thank goodness I was sick once.

Who was your first baseball card? Cal Ripken, Jr. from the Baltimore Orioles.

Favorite James Bond movie? For Your Eyes Only.

Hot or Cold? Cold, cold, cold!!!

Your braces were removed on Mon Aug 17. What are you looking forward? A successful Accutane treatment.

How do you like to eat your hot dog? Plain.

What do you miss at Cisco? The free bottle water, lol =)

While at Blockbuster, what was the only efficient procedure? Transferring or firing incompetent or bad workers.

What do you take for pain? Advil.

If you had kids and wanted to name them from anime series, what are the choices? For a boy, Chrono from Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha. For a girl, Hikaru from Magic Knight Rayearth, Hitomi from Vision of Escaflowne, Rally from Gunsmith Cats, or Belldandy from Ah! My Goddess.

Remember the following game: If you and a group of people are bored, play the random question game. Everyone writes ten questions on index cards and ask everyone the question. Great conversation starter, get way to get to know each other better, and a simple activity requiring no money (well, food and drinks of course cost money ^__^).

You Have Spare Time. Do You Want To Review A Couple Of Lessons?

Yes, reviewing is good. The first lesson took place on Sun Apr 19, 2009 at the San Francisco Cherry Blossom Festival. The 90 degree weather taught me never be a stuck up. Hot weather makes me act grumpy T__T

What Did You Learn On Sunday April 19, 2009?
I learned to be honest with myself. I learned to trust myself and trust my gut feeling. Speak up and have courage to make mistakes including talking, conversing, and asking questions. And cheer up!!! Don't be a stuck up.

The second lesson took place on Wed Oct 1, 2008 at home. I talked to a Southern California friend. My friend told me I raise my voice even when I'm not angry. (I take it from my Mom *__*) I still raise my voice much, much less often. I continue to improve raising my voice unnecessarily.

Clarifying A Couple Of Misunderstandings
Man, you're angry and talking loud. It's scary :O What are you pissed off at? It's no big deal. I know it's not a big deal. I'm not really pissed off. Really, I'm not. I'm speaking the truth.

The misunderstanding is I raise my voice unnecessarily. I tend to raise my voice even when I'm ticked off at the littlest stuff. I'm really not pissed off. I know it's not going to matter one year from now. It's a family attribute passed on to me portraying me raising my voice pissed off which I'm really not pissed off. Thanks, Dad =P Yeah, many people misinterpret me as a psycho person who gets pissed off at anything. I'm an easy going guy who forgives and forgets the big stuff and the small stuff.

My face shows my anger easily and straightforward. In 99.9% of the situations, inside me, my heart is not pounding and my stress level is not going up. Trust me. It's my face portraying the wrong anger, the wrong frustrations for most big problems which are really small and forgettable hours later or the next day.

To prevent the misunderstanding in terms of any negative feeling including anger, frustration, and betrayal, I keep my voice calm and cool. I maintain a calm speak tone, except when I'm happy of course ^__^ Be calm. Be calm, act calm, think calm. And remember to breath :O

Finding Raymond Mar

Raymond Mar is finding himself. Here's what he found so far:

*A clean kitchen is good. A dirty kitchen smelling like dinner impresses me.

*Everyone must have jazz or jazz related music in their collection. You realize what a wonderful world it is.

*Junk is junk. Get rid of it.

*I play casino games to win, not just to have fun. Craps is the best casino game.

*People who grown up or are growing up have a greater chance to be great people.

*I never understand how hermits live because I never absolutely live life alone. I must have people in my life.

*Schools teach ABCs, 123s, George Washington, H2O, etc. Schools don't teach how to learn from mistakes, self-confidence, meeting new people, and financial educational. And schools are never going to. That's the parent's job.

*Everyone encounter jerks, bitches, and crazy people. There is no law against being crazy. I make sure I'm none of these people.

*I'm not a nice guy. I'm a good guy.

*One of the best ways to improve yourself is to innovate your signature.

*Good things come to those who wait. Waiting while watching TV doesn't count.
