*Made a pizza trying Boboli for the first time. I used leftover sauce from last night’s crook pot dinner. Never buy shredded cheese in markets. Never. The cheese includes the ingredient Calcium Sulfate to prevent the shredded cheese from sticking together. The ingredient makes the cooked pizza oily and disgusting. My Mom told me the info she got from America’s Test Kitchen. Spreading the word. It’s worth your time to buy cheese whole and shred yourself. I try again later.

She was very helpful ;)

*Purchased Dreamweaver CS4 to help me learn the program.

*Won Settlers of Catan for just the second time. I’m playing wiser and seeing the game with my mind.

*Played Team Fortress 2 (TF2) PC game. The last time I played TF2 was the last week of Dec 2008. Playing TF2 is fun. The problem is I have less time to read, read and catch up on manga, read books, cook meals, and watch anime.

*Uploaded YouTube video. Video is KRON 4 News did a news article at Fanime Con 2002.

*Tried Jack In The Box taco. It’s all grease :P

*Helped a friend with Economics homework. I made supply and demand chart sketches and I upload on my webpage for my next update.

One may think I spent hours writing the random quiz. Actually, it took me 15-20 minutes. I create 10 questions on the back of my mind daily. If I think of a good one, then I write it down. I create the quiz when I have 10 questions.

*Transferred 54 CDs containing data to 5 DVDs to make room in the CD case.

*Completed transition moving my files from my Dell laptop to my Gaming PC and HP laptop. The Gaming PC and HP laptop are my primary computers. The Dell laptop is my backup computer.

*Started to run again on the treadmill after weeks of walking because I was sick =)

*Celebrated Chinese New Year with family. Played The Settlers Of Catan with my cousins ^__^

*Started to take accutane, an acne medication.

*Finished reading “The Road” by Cormac McCarthy. The movie stars Viggo Mortensen to be released Summer 2009.

*Officially completed my Gaming PC. I installed Firefox, the last program on my list of programs needed. The third 2x2GB RAM is working after two 2x2GB defective RAM.

*Completed my 2008 expense database tracking all my expenses. I also completed my Jan 2009 expenses. I watch my expenses carefully and spend less $-)

*Created My Yelp account http://inin.yelp.com

*Ate at Pepper Lunch with Appu for the first time. I ordered the chicken udon soup because I wanted to eat light. I eat there again ordering the curry after my braces are removed. And I order the hamburger steak.

*Manga Marathon. Read five volumes of manga or Japanese comics.

*Took my first dance lesson with my sister who taught me. I learned the foxtrot. Want to learn more. The key is self-practice. I self-practiced for two days after my first lesson.

*Watched Super Bowl XLIII. Classic Super Bowl. Congrats to the Pittsburg Steelers and the Arizona Cardinals for making it to the Super Bowl.

*Began chewing gum. My orthodontist said I must chew gum to test my new aligned teeth under stress of eating =) I purchased Costco pack of gum.

*Purchased a shower brush to wash my back XD

*Purchased Frank Sinatra “Seduction, Sinatra Sings of Love” CD for dance self-practice ^__^

*Installed Windows XP in my cousin’s new laptop loaded with Vista. Good experience working with computers ;)

*Visited a dance event with my family. We saw two professional dancers gave a performance.

*Gaming PC officially completed. The Crucial RAM was defective. I played Crysis and the game froze. Days later, I purchased Corsair RAM at Fry’s. Crysis froze :< I exchanged the defective Corsair RAM for another Corsair RAM. I played Crysis for two hours without freezing :>
